Daniel was called to the Bar in May 2026 after more than 11 years practising as a solicitor. He accepts briefs across all areas of commercial law, with particular expertise in contractual disputes, corporate and commercial matters, equity and trusts, property law, and taxation litigation. He has substantial experience acting in Part IVC taxation proceedings, as well as estate litigation involving family provision applications and contested wills.
Before commencing legal practice, Daniel graduated from the Royal Military College – Duntroon and served overseas as an Infantry Officer in the Australian Army.
